Huh!!! Do you know what is the NBV of this counter¿? Its KES 0.91!!! Below 1 bob!!!

So, you are trying to say that it will relax at sub 5/-? That will be very interesting to watch!

Aug 8 2013.

@dunkang - it crashed sub 5/-

NBV of 91cts while the price was pegged at 12 and rallied to 25/- immediately on listing was utopia central Liar

It was bound to crash as mr market woke up to face reality that volume fumes don't maintain lofty valuations.

It is such greed filled/unrealistic listings that are to blame for the bad IPO image at NSE.

Such a shame NSE and CMA for permitting such a show Liar

And now we have the NSE IPO coming up after an extraordinary profit windfall in 2013; goodluck... Will PPT stick load this one to curtail the listing tanking behaviour?

How do u PPT wanjikus anti listing sentiments?

What is so difficult in listing fairly valued IPOs/listings?

well said.

@Hisah with the bear lurking in the woods, HAL will take it hard.

Indeed...

That bear will lead to a couple of counters getting suspended when the selling gets going. I wonder how many remember trading getting suspended due to hard selling so that mr market can breath and regain his senses during that panic central period of 2008 and 2011...

anyone supporting purchase of this share has no clue of stock trading or investing.. its a crooked company run by crooks, full stop. as Graham says ''before anything else, always take your first look at the firm's management''

All is not lost on this counter, its just a matter of time before the fruits of their investments in real estate comethrough. At 3.8 levels, this counter is a good long term buy! Good bargain

Not true, a crappy share doesn't become better with time.

Studies have shown that Time factor does not reduce risk. A good share is good in the short term and better in the long term. A bad share is bad in the short term and worse in the long term.

Just watching demand of 300 @3.3 vs 18000 supply @3.45. Thankfully i exited @6.1 after making a net sh. 50 bob loss.

@Whiteowl you might need to clear air on the possibility you could have cast a spell on this thing Laughing out loudly
