Shameful that the politicians supposed to be protecting the farmers seem to see some sense in this and are even willing to negotiate. 21 Months to the COMESA Sugar safeguards. KCB group holdings can start a subsidiary company and run mumias.I don't know whether CBK will allow it but there is enough cash to run mumias and buy the two banks in Tanzania and Rwanda.
