The problem is not Kethi. The problem is IEBC. From what the Makueni RO said, the slip came from IEBC. Big question is who issued it.

both actually - I am not a legal expert but I can remember that when I was growing up. the possessor of stolen goods jail term was actually more than the guy who stole and did not possess!
The police normally got the person who possessed the stolen goods, locked them up until they produce who it was that gave them stolen "property". Anyway I am not a legal expert and that's my peni mbili law.

i cannot help wonder at the enthusiasm of the Makueni electorate to vote for one who clearly doesn't share the "joy" in this part of the entire democratic process of choosing leaders not to mention even if the leader is one's own dad... It should be the bare minimum of expectation that one who is to benefit from a process at least PARTICIPATE and share in the same process (other wise why do we make so much of the photo op's of candidates voting on election day)
