Chebukati explaining the 48% turnout now revised to 40%. Apparently it's usually based on KIEMs kit, who showed up based on the registered voters on those kits. That excludes manually identified individuals.

Goon Kony and his followers will always want to drive a narrative. My question is,does it matter whether its 20 or 30 or 50.They did not participate and threatened people in other areas.

Now they want to put words in Chebus mouth and insist on that.

On the other hand am tempted to imagine Chebu is part of the grand scheme but I could be wrong...

Financial Times (official) view:
So far, Kenya’s judiciary has proved itself to be the one institution capable of defending the democratic process and constitutional rule. Both the government and opposition leaders should now allow the judges to do their work free from intimidation. Kenya’s foreign friends should stand firmly behind them as they determine how best to move ahead.

I don't see how an election where some 25 constituencies didn't vote can stand....it would set a very dangerous precedent. IEBC need to go there and open polling stations, wait for dogs and sheep to stroll in and out, the election officials can take naps or play volleyball in there, post 0s in the evening, then call it a day.
