its unfortunate. Equity should concentrate on banking bizness. Other territories might prove costly.

This is where we expect the HON members to use the voice of reason and not voice of the stomach. Apparently the latter seems to always win. It is a sad day for customers(user).

Equity should go ahead and roll out the normal sim cards, we shall support them by migratin en mass. We are suffocating under the monopolist/oligopolist Mkt.

They know it's tricky rolling out normal sim cards. Migration may not happen. But if you still retain your primary sim card and can use the thin sim, you benefit as a customer. Their strategy is very good as it makes subscribers not buy dual sim phones or keep changing sim cards. But, even I would want to know if my Mpesa money is safe and not subject to fraud. They should agree to the independent assessment ndio kazi ianze chap chap.
