If Miguna is allowed to enter kenya without the passport he used while he began his journey, that could mark the end of the direct flight programme to USA slated for mid this year from jkia. He is being deported back to Dubai as an undocumented immigrant since he refused to follow immigration laws and procedures.

Let me guess what happened. You delay a whole flight and create a stand off at jkia. Security is beefed up,the media scattered. Miguna is arrested and forced on flight. A National ID CANNOT be used as a document of international travel. When he left Canada, his passport was stamped, as he crossed the various airports (Dubai London etc) b4 he landed at JKIA. Infact, he would need to show the Kenyan immigration stamp when travelling using the same passport elsewhere. His mistrust of the immigration officers is not an excuse, if they confiscated it, then he would still be able to get another passport from the Canadian embassy. Sasa ndege haiendi. Flight has departed without miguna on board. He's still on the runway causing. Hee! This guy. I understand he gave the passport to his lawyer or someone else, thus he has no passport.
That said, he should be handcuffed and chained and put on the next flight to dubai. And accompanied by police officers as is standard for difficult removals/passengers.
What would Canada, US etc do if someone refused to show his passport? Kenya is only following international immigration laws.

Now you know why those who commit treason are normally hanged or jailed for life. Reason is it avoids alot of problems like we are seeing here.

This was totally unnecessary and Miguna is extremely smart, he was saying all the right things. He has no status in Dubai, the captain cannot take him by force from his country of birth. Play this clip in any country in the world and the GOK comes out looking really bad. Just because of the ego of a few people in government Miguna has been thrust back into the limelight and he is milking every second of this free publicity. Any sensible person cannot fail to see the barbarity of this act.

Since he has refused to produce a passport, Miguna should claim asylum in Kenya and wait for a decision to be made in a refugee camp/detention centre like the law says should happen. Mark 12:29
