They can only be compensated if the perpetrators of the PEV went to jail...let us take that to the bank...

1) Who will be the biggest loser if Africa withdraw from ICC
(A) The West.
(b) African leaders/rulers.
(c) African general population.
(D) I will worry later.
2) Who will be the biggest winner if Africa withdraw from ICC
(A) The West.
(b) African leaders/rulers.
(c) African general population.
(D) I will worry later.
Once you have those two questions answered then we can continue with the discussion.

harrydre did you lose anything in teh violence? if yes what, what qualifies you to speak for those that lost family
our goals are best achieved indirectly

So you think they were going to compensate anyone? in their 10 yrs existence whom have they compensated? Our govt can compensate the victims if they want to just as they did with IDPs.

Africa must now chart her own destiny. We (Kenya in this case) has credible institutions which can handle most if not all our problems.
