So if that is the case, was he acting on his own or was it a larger scheme blessed at Orange house?

I hope you have other evidence apart from the above two tweets. Jake Owiti is a Jubilee blogger. Regular contributor to Pauline Njoroge's FB posts. The other one purported to be from Magaya is a fake account.

But I have to say, I have never seen the police use CCTV footage to arrest anyone in Kenya. This shall be a first and absolutely impressive.

I was going to be negative and say that they will never catch the guy. But here we are. 13 hours later. With regular tips from fake twirra accounts. How can they not have found the person?
