So I guess yes I am making money from the fall of the shilling. Lets all understand currencies a little better! The Kenya Shilling is stable against the dollar @86bob so if you get paid in $ nothing has changed The Euro strength against the dollar is causing the shilling to weaken against the euro (110-114) so if you get paid in € things are good Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

Aint that 2008 breakdown too steep and timely to be more of the external GFC. PEV could also be the cause of the jittery market, @ChessMaster, those lower peaks past 2007

NSE20 has broken out of the long term triangle. I had posted the 5yr chart on the 'How to know NSE has bottomed' thread. But I didn't realize the 10yr chart also displays the same picture
If the elections are handled without issues, the political noise should be drowned as NSE20 heads back to test 6161 which is the all time high in coming months.

The main thing is what positions investors both local and foreign will take come the first two-three weeks of 2013...will we see a slight rally then a dip as we head towards election or will the market remain flat as investors hold. possunt quia posse videntur
