So much opposition to the takeover with several companies/people with interests moving to court to halt the deal. Now, it took 2 years to rule on the Tatu City case. How long do you reckon it will take for a rulings on all the cases? I can only imagine. However, I wouldn't mind being pleasantly surprised by the Judiciary. Like I've said before, focus now turns to FY12 results to gauge 2H12 performance.
In other news, the KES is slipping again against the USD. Will Segman be taking another hedge position?Sad;-)
