Jurisprudence or no jurisprudence this mwau case will be the first to throw out...by courts ordering fresh elections in 60 days, that in itself meant there were not going to be fresh nominations...in case of nomination, parties have to present nomination rules 3 months b4 nomination, and thereafter present names of nominated candidates 3 months prior to election date. That makes 6 months. Guys prepare swearing in on 20th
