How and why does COMESA keep on granting these extensions?
What does Kenya give up in exchange?

Mumias should be doing fine now that they can sell their stock and make money.
They should result to milling more for the current demand as well make sure there are no cartels branding their own sugar as Mumias

It's time that these Comesa import safeguards are lifted; in any case, the sugar is perhaps safer than the South American imports and whatnot. Comesa isn't doing justice to Kenya by extending the so-called safeguards, as the country's sugar sector has worsened over the decade.

More like "relief" for the cartels. The extension will not be of any benefit to Kenyan cane farmers.

CMA on someone real thieves tails but can't help but wonder why a court aka WakoraNetwork would want to gag CMA from carrying out it's mandate.Kenya's judiciary is corruption's best friend.

I'm not a prophet, but I can see kidero eating free ugali in prison. His 40 days are running out fast.

Kidero is well connected. He's going nowhereShame on you Shame on you

No matter how well connected he is, he spent 2 nights ndani and the real cases have not even began. The 2 nights might actually be just a warmup.
