Will 10% rule apply today hata mimi cant wait.
10% rule suspended...

VVS i dont get it, could you kindly elaborate
When a material announcement is made e.g. dividend, bonus, results... the 10% daily variation rule is suspended for 1 trading session. In KK's case, the potential 'takeover' can be defined as material news hence the 10% rule is suspended for 1 trading session.

Got it, yeah thats the normal rule, because of tension i thought you meant the rule has been suspended Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
BTW, KK has been 'suspended' from trading at the moment. I think it will start trading tomorrow & will fluctuate wildly but definitely close higher Applause

this is an eternity for people with 2000 shares like us.

If KK does not trade today, then the 10% will NOT apply tomorrow

Agreed. But sioni wote wakiuza thus Puma may not be obligated to launch a full takeover...

nice one about pple being served cashewnuts.

My friend major shareholders have already signed to sell majority of their share holding. The only thing we are waiting for is for CMA to approve the agreement and at what price they agreed to sell at. After which Puma are considering to make a take over.
Read in layman language(si u know PR lazima), then puma will take take over the company.

Thank you for your thoughts, a few comments,
Deal poa is still in effect wednesday and sunday. There is even a deal on LPG.
Looks like you rushed this one out the door.
How do you arrive at $500m?
