Now we're hearing the single judge directed that the case will bee mentioned on 27th, a day after elections. Then, of what benefit will the mention on 27th be?

Ati 27th......

He must have been high on something.Judge who.....Osomething?

Case is at SC...who determines who hears what case at the SC?

What they say is FINAL!

A reasonable court would direct NASA to stop harassment of iebc officials, refrain from asking Kenyans not to participate in the poll, etc, pending determination of the case...this is the prayer jubilee should take on Mon/Tue next week...

The registrar, the same one Jubilee has vowed to hound out of office.

Sema kujitwanga risasi kwa mguu.

Clearly this is is the season of political dunces

The registrar may be settling scores, but she is damaging the court's reputation. Scheduling the hearing
on 27th appears partisan as hell to the Jubilee constituency...
My other theory is that the court has correctly read this as a move to paint it into a corner and is trying to wiggle out ...

The court is cleverly trying to say Raila has not signed form 24A and hence will be on the ballot.
That is it comrades if you understand law. This will tie up Raila incase he does not reconsider his unsigned stance.
Raila is still a candidate in law until elections are closed on 26/10/2017.

And unwilling PORK thereafter having been forced to be on ballot.
I care!

Methinks the reason is to shield rao coz ...the prayer by jubilee is rao n company to be charged with contempt of court...and to be ordered to refrain from disrupting the polls..however on 27th the court will just say the matter has now been superseded by events..and case collapses just like that

It would have been good for RAO to one day rule Kenya but time is flying fast. 2007 was the best opportunity but some people literally took it away from him. 2013 was close as he had big money and media on his side, but as they say kuteleza sio kuanguka. 2017 was a good shot but the number margins ( forget the numbers do not matter tag line) was quite big. In 2022 the best he can do is to get a moderate who he can back and support. He need to do away with extremists who create fear about him among the moderates who would otherwise vote for him.

There are good people out there like Pogisio, Lonyangapuo and the like who he can work with.

The secession card being pulled for Raila by Ndii and Orengo is not workable as there is now much more fear Mwathathe COGS may rain bullets on them and only a few will be in a position to seek assylum as the borders may remain closed as from 26/10/2017 by the Military.
The Military will not sit and wait chaos to erupt, they will guard Kenya in and out.
Raila should not allow his Sentries to come up with unworkable things just to show him they are working for him to be what he dreams to be.
The Nation is bigger than anyone....(George Kinuthia Saitoti)

Kenyans can express freely by either voting or staying away but not limiting each other as each has a right to make decision.

So many "birds of Prey" watching on Nasa Leaders and only history will tell.
Good example is to read what Bisygje of Uganda and Tsvangarai of Zimbabwe have never accomplished

Raila is alienating a community that has also been alienated in South Sudan.
This is a big Danger!!!
