When will it be listened to? Could it be one of the reasons the trial was moved? A needy child's education depends on you. Click here to assist

First the court bows to pressure from UK stating that he cannot be out at the same with with WSR and staggers their dates, next they shift the date of his hearing to give room for the political agenda (read AU-SC) deliberations.... and still don't have room to deliberate on the various petitions UK has filed. Siasa mbaya.

Secondly, since AU says its members are the majority in the ICC, then they should use that avenue, Assembly of Parties to ask for deferral. If you stay ready, no need to get ready.
