You guys tell us. You are the insiders!

Have they stated explicitly that there are no dividends or you guys have to wait till the AGM this Friday to find out.

I have a very good idea how Unaitas would have structured this share sale to the continued benefit of the current shareholders but I will not say it because I am still on the outside. I will state it here some day!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

how does the estimated market price look like using the EPS? is it like Kshs 18 using PE of 10?

i bought a few shares last year and planning to add this year but the flat growth in profits is a concern?

I figure as has been the custom when they list they will split the shares and sell each shares at the traditional 10 shillings. Depending on the value of the company at that time they may split by 100 to make the affordable i.e. 10 bob.

If this happens the long-time investor ( those who waited including not being paid dividends) will be very happy indeed..

And figure this, the share goes to the market and when trading opens the market offers the speculative price of 25 .

Let talk then and see if my vision comes true

@heri if one uses a P/E of 12 and a P/B of 1.6 with 2014 results fair value should be around 21.5 depending on the dividend payout...
