No wonder Uhuru could not attend their presidential debate!!! ...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

In Mandera the leading candidates in Governor, Senate and Womens Rep seats are from a party called EFP!!! What party is this? Is it a local Mandera party?
