@techboy. no. its late, but not too late. KES27 may be tested upon peaceful election. however, it is high beta meaning it could go to as low as KES13 if peace ceases

Not a terrible 2012,a good 2012. 2011 was a very good year. so coming from that base a single digit growth or slightly negative will be. VERY GOOD performance. I think they will surprise

Growth will come in from -24% - 0%... Not good because we might have a cut in DPS!

There will be a circa 5% growth in PBT with dividend coming in at .80 cents hence total of KES 1.50 for the year. This should be the highest dividend yield amongst all financial institutions

Wat i like with hfck is declaring an interim dividend shortly after paying the final one.

With a dividend yield of over 8% @ KES 1.20. Increased demand for quality housing by a rising middle class. And finally, the launch of their current account as a source of cheap deposits in addition to their successful bond issue.. This is the only stock worth looking at right now in terms of upside potential

God bless Wazua... am up 40% since late Aug. Only exiting because I need the money, but intending to come back with a bang.

I think this strategy will boost HF earning in the coming years. At least the share holders can have relief that the money raised in bonds are being put in the right place.

Such news affirm my confidence in this company. Any investors out there. Wanna make an almost guaranteed ( everything constant) 80% plus profit end of 2014? buy this share.
