The price of KK is what it is today as whatever it will be going-forward. But its price today as a function of its value (earnings, mkt cap, dividend yield & prospects) is undervalued. Thus, I side with @VVS & not Mr. Media man a.k.a @the deal.

@guru, please cut @QW some slack. H1 results are not audited, hence the company can literally report whatever they want. Whatever you guys say doesnt matter...i'm up 19% on KK but wouldnt mind diluting myself at 10-10.70 range...btwn @QW go for that date...u have my support.

picture this paradox. The last time the market had an upswing to 4100. Kk didn't move. Even after div, it didn't cross ten bob. Then after this announcement, the share is moving in opposite direction to the nse. Against all odds. Very weird indeed. I think its kind of irresponsible for kk to give profit advice. What's their aim, in all this? Companies are not supposed to try manipulate their share price, or be always on the media trying to lift the price.end rant
