Methinks @guru has a point this time round.
I must say that I also find the attack on her as uncalled for.

No need for us to extarpolate her stand on other issues to the matter at hand.

Ive been wondering about MRC!

How can MRC possibly have this level of weaponry and military training??

Why not? Why are you defending them too much?
You look like MRC sympathiser at best.

Are there training camps in Kenya??
Where do they get their weapons??

You are the one who brought up the MRC thing??

[quote=IT'd]There is also that angle that this has nothing to do with terror but dispute over grazing land between a section of the somali community and the locals over there...so says the SCC Kenya.

if true this is the worst form of idolatry.. to value the food of a beast over the life of another human being how low can you get ???Sad Sad

How does one answer for the blood of brother shed so carelessly , before God.. Assuming they have conscience

Shouldn’t the county governments be aware of all the blind spots in their areas of jurisdiction? This was the main risk with devolution.

Security is the job of National Government not counties!

Any governor who thinks he has no responsibility whatsoever to liaise with / facilitate national government to assure security of his people who elected him is not worth that job. Weren’t county commissioners only posted recently amid great opposition and claims from cord we do not even need chiefs to coordinate security matters amid other duties on behalf of national government? Why all this double speak??

Another point of ignorance there, we have had county commisioners since the day Kiabki appointed, they were simply added more powers the other day!!!

How recent is recent! But that's beside the point. Did Cord support their appointment then and now? That's the crux of the matter!!!

Dear Mr Ole Lenku.

Do you ever pause to listen to yourself? Ati;
'The perpetrators will be prosecuted...'
'Security has been beefed up...'
'We assure Kenyans of the govt's commitment to fighting insecurity...'
How many times have we heard this chorus Mr. Lenku.

When will someone do something to stop this nonsense?

You are now going and round the matter, even besides the county commisioners are you aware that we have county police commanders, the fact is that Security is a national function so stop trying trying to justify the shame in our security by blaming the county governments!!!

SMH......seems Lenku reads @wazua, insinuates that Baba is behind the Lamu attacks, strongly warns him to desist from creating insecurity in the country!!!!!......Security ya Kenya iko juu basi!!!

I had thought he wanted to announce his resignation, how wrong I was!!!

As long as UHURU keeps Lenku, and Kimaiyo at their current positions, my thinking on the government's commitment to fighting insecurity and terrorism is that - it's not serious.

Its not an angle, its a fact. For anyone who has visited and interacted with people in Mpeketoni and the larger coastal area it's not hard to see this.
The so called somali community are infact Bajunis who live in kenya and somali.

SCC is trying to coat it and say is the fight over grazing land

I said before, this is tribal cleansing based on the Land issue probably carried out by MRC.

The heavy artilery is because they raided the amoury

If Obiero did it, Who Am I?
