Even in my village, there are some NYS projects going on. I am glad the previously idle youth are now busy and earning a living.

If Waiguru really stole, or there are suspicions of her stealing,or her officials stealing on her behalf(as usual) why cant she resign or get suspended just like Kamau,and others did.

Why does Waiguru seems so powerful than the other ministers?

Why does Uhuru give her preferential treatments over others?

Uhuru attends even garbage collection "events" for Waiguru.Yenyewe uhuru pia yeye ni Mwanaume kaa sisi " weak under the skirt"

I hear they met when uhuru was the minister for Finance during Kibaki tenure.

It was love at first sight.But hata kama ni wewe..how can you resist.Its normal.

But for the sake of that young mother who is forced to spend scarce money on dubious chemists coz government level five hospitals have no money,Akina waiguru and such senior officials shouldnt steal Taxpayers money.It's bad!

So now 'she stole' is the CORD mantra? I report a crime to the authorities even before media got wind of it and you accuse one of 'stealing'?
