I like Raila and I voted for him...I woud vote for him again if he stood... But tabia zingine...By using the normal lounges would that make him less of a Raila?... The saga of the Kisumu ferry way back comes back to mind! These are some of the reasons why we lost in the elections. We should learn to have the humility of Mother Teresa... Hear what Jesus said "But when you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, 'Friend, move up to a better place.' Then you will be honored in the presence of all the other guests" Luke 14:10.

Its time Raila tries the low profile tyres. Surely politics of 2017 are very far.

I believe in Jesus and guess what boy!!! that is the most important thing...The very fact that you recognize that there is a GOD who watches over you...wherever you are...whether you are praying in the church the whole night or you are somewhere in Narok stuck in a VIP lounge the whole night...There is a God!!!

This Raila guy seems to be addicted to the headlines/front page and is willing to get there at all costs...

From financing violence in Western to VIP lounges!! Sad

It might be time for an intervention...

Spot on! Raila should stop seeking attention! How many famous people come to Kenya unannounced and sneak out? Must Kenyans know that Raila travelled abroad? People like Eliud Owallo should stop cheating raila that he is some sort of VIP.

True. I can understand the outrage when the first incident occurred but milking every other small incident will make people weary ...that said, I personally don't think Mr Kimemia is above this sort of pettiness. Mr Raila should tell his acolytes and hangers-on to stop crowing to the press. On the other hand, the president,or the minister in charge of transportation or protocol should tell KAA functionaries to stop this petty nonsense and accord RAO some dignity. 5 million Kenyans voted for him and that counts for something. Sensible adults should be able to come to some sort of arrangement.

Govt apologises for mistreating Raila. Aden Duale explains the situation as has been explained so far by KAA but goes on to say that KAA will amend its rules as well as have extra lounge to avert such in future
