I was just about to ask this question. Is it 50%+1 of the cast votes or of valid votes. I see like this is what will determine run off or not.

There is a delay in presentation; new county name comes when results of the previous county are still displaying and the vice versa is also true

One of the analysts has said that we are now moving from Tyranny to a Tsunami.I am pursuaded to agree with him.

Nairobi seems had an issue but if true could be a station in Kibra.

no...only UNSPOILED votes are used to calculate the final percentage


If this is the case, then I guess those percentages they are showing are not correct because they appear to have included the spoilt votes. I guess they are are using percentage of votes cast.
