1st obstacle to his plan is neutralize Kalonzo Musyoka and become the head of kamba politics.

2nd project his image across other Kenyans and convince them he is the person able to change their world.

He needs to do this by attracting people under 40 years to his change the Kenya cause and show case his achievements to them.
If he can do this a find a cause that this group identifies with other than tribe then he can be unchallengeable. That's what O' bama did.

Two tractors for every sub-location – an excavator and grader @ Kshs.2.1 M each x 247 sub-locations x 2 = 1.03 billion

20 borehole drilling rigs @ 5 M each = 100 million
The equipment to harvest water within 6 – 8 months in every sub-location – dams and 360 boreholes

Piping 500 million, tanks 300 million, labour and operating costs 630 million
TOTAL: KSHS. 2.5 BILLION

MURRAM from excavated dams to be used to grade roads in all sub-locations. All roads in the county to be all-weather.

Equipment to be leased to other counties, national government e.t.c. to generate revenue for the county.

Why has he illegally registered all vehicles he has bought using tax payers money with private numbers? Will the county govt ever know what belongs to it and what belongs to Mutua? Isn't this stealing in advance? Where is anti corruption authority, KRA etc.
