Governor Mutua

my opinion

1st obstacle to his plan is neutralize Kalonzo Musyoka and become the head of kamba politics.

2nd project his image across other Kenyans and convince them he is the person able to change their world.

He needs to do this by attracting people under 40 years to his change the Kenya cause and show case his achievements to them.
If he can do this a find a cause that this group identifies with other than tribe then he can be unchallengeable. That's what O' bama did.

maybe the generation being born today, Obama had the support of the democrats - it would be an equivalent of cord or jubilee backing him.

safe to say Alfred Mutua has all but replaced Peter Kenneth as the
preferred 'social media' Presidential candidate?

I wish PK had also run for governor. Maybe today we would be having two
competing counties in terms development.

How about the two team up for 2017 and as @jokes said, they should champion a cause which will make them a darling to the youth...me thinks focussing on unemployment and wealth creation opportunities will work for them.

A new paradigm of solving the water problem once and for all. WATER TO EACH OF THE 300,000 HOUSEHOLDS IN MACHAKOS COUNTY

Two tractors for every sub-location – an excavator and grader @ Kshs.2.1 M each x 247 sub-locations x 2 = 1.03 billion

20 borehole drilling rigs @ 5 M each = 100 million
The equipment to harvest water within 6 – 8 months in every sub-location – dams and 360 boreholes

Piping 500 million, tanks 300 million, labour and operating costs 630 million
TOTAL: KSHS. 2.5 BILLION

Lack of water is our biggest enemy. We will fight it with everything we have.

MURRAM from excavated dams to be used to grade roads in all sub-locations. All roads in the county to be all-weather.

Equipment to be leased to other counties, national government e.t.c. to generate revenue for the county.

Just read this summary on the Machakos Government webpage, my question is anyone with an idea of where these water pans and dams will be?

Another question, any idea of how much stadiums rake in when hosting events? I am assuming that super sports pays an amount to air a match....anyone in the know?

MachakosINVEST attended the ground breaking ceremony for IMPERIAL Health Sciences (SA Company). The investor, have launched the construction of a $25M Temperature Controlled Phamaceutical Warehouse. The site is in Mlolongo, opposite the weigh bridge. Is that Merali hapo?

Why has he illegally registered all vehicles he has bought using tax payers money with private numbers? Will the county govt ever know what belongs to it and what belongs to Mutua? Isn't this stealing in advance? Where is anti corruption authority, KRA etc.

@njaganoti,I don know whether its illegal or not but I know individuals or companies do donate their cars to be used by police to beef up security patrols especially in coast, mombasa/likoni in particular.Mombasa county police cars have plastic plates though GK.....what abt that considering registration/plates processing at kra takes one day.
