the first five achievements are all vanity.. an so is the 6th one. 1000 ambulances to rush people where? to level 15hospitals? to wichdoctors? using which roads? Or it is better to die in a place where they can pronounce and record you are dead I also saw the same nonesense with Nanok in Turkana. an ambulance for every ward yet Turkana has no good roads for ambulances and hospitals to save lives. This are tenderpreneurs at work. I personally want facts (photos) and figures (budgetary allocations and timelines) on the others. This guy has a Phd in communication.. hizi nyingi ni sideshows.

Working 'quietly' haitakusaidia when you are holding public office. Mutua is one of the few governors who has perfected the balance between good execution and loud communication. It does not matter what glorious things you do. If you do not shout about it, the public will never believe you. And he seems to be doing several good things simultaneously as opposed to the linear thinking being advocated by his critics. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Most of the roads in our counties are under the national government. Nope none of me or mine are being targeted.. It is just the colourful dispaly Mutua is giving that is riving me crazy. All this things he has done right now cannot and will not attract investment into Machako's. A simple graded road causes the value of land to skyrocket (that adds to the credit side if you walk in a bank with such a title) A simple road attracts investors.. Now add elec to the road, then add water and sewerage system to the elec and tell me if hatutahamia Maiyakos. What if he decided to feed Nairobi and Kajiado? How much money would be flowing into Masaku land? Alfie is still doing those stone beautifications he used to do on Uhuru park only that now he has a bigger purse. irrelevant!!!
