Absurd for China to even contemplate, much less using, a nuke (even if a tactical or low-yield weapon) against such a bossom friend as North Korea which looks upto it as thelast true bastion of communism.
Moreover, it would be far easier to starve the vietcongs, given their famous food shortages??
