We had a number of plots at the same katani area. 40x80 selling at 950k with titles. We have 2 remaining.

Thanks Wendz, we have got a plot there but will start construction maybe early next year.I will follow up then.Any idea about the costs? hi if anyone knows roughly the value of 10 acres located in the vicinity of katani primary school area of Mavoko.
About 9 km off mombasa road.
when valued last year on march it was 9 million, if anyone knows whether the price per acre has gone up since then and if any developments in the area are coming up would be greatful
