This one, i totally agree with @Mcreggae. if the dude has been that good and in KBC for 25 years, what has he been doing with his life? If there is not growth in your organisation, then ship out..... there has been great opportunities with all these FM radios coming up in the last 10 or so years... Even if say he cant look for a job, then why hasnt any thought he is too good to poach like they did for the majority that were there when the FMs were starting? Kizuri cha juza, au sio?
