Who has used payoneer mastercard to receive money? Can you recommend it to anyone?

@Alma,thanks for the clarification.I think PayPal is very safe for a BUYER...but even having said that....my PayPal account right now is sort of blocked because I violated some terms somewhere.....so as Alma says,don't play with fire, stick to the rules! The guys have no real email address and calling to the US is not amusing.

You can withdraw from PayPal successfully in Kenya using ePay-Kenya. More on that in this link:

You can also use the Payoneer US virtual account. More on the same link.

I have used both and can bear witness that they all work perfectly.
