More than anything, this is the kind of logic that normally makes me want to slit my throat.

America may have taken 200 years, but they were navigating new territory, carried serious baggage relating the first recorded cultural mix of people etc.

What do we have to say for ourselves, we don't have to reinvent the wheel, we simply have to copy a mix of the best from Africa, US, Europe, Indian to China and Japan, why should it take us 50 days, let alone the 50 years that we have taken so far.

He (Smitta) represents Kenya's population below 25 years who (if memory serves me right) constitute a 60% of the 12 million plus voters recently registered.

I honestly thought you were some college kid in jeans aping something he saw in a movie. It is obvious from your later posts that this may not be the case.

Before I can engage you in what I can see is going to be very entertaining discourse, can we continue eating the humble pie a tad more

1. Contrary to rumors spread on this forum, I am not a He.
2. Let us all come to the understanding that smitta or whatever he is, is not what you would like your kids to ape....I am very sure he can write proper English.
3. The standard newspaper cannot be considered an authority in English in any imagination of the word. Have you ever seen the spelling and grammatical mistakes in a paper that actually has editors?
4. I don't think that river road business is poor business. In fact, I wrote a paper on mama mbogas and credit last year and I know they are not. Just don't like the insinuation that I think differently.
