The chance to make club history(first time to do a double), atone for the champions league exit, to better mourinho's record (he didnt win the double), further reinforce world-cup places for players, and off-course retain the cup as holders are 5 reasons why the Chelsea will be flat out to whitewash pompey.

But I think if Pompey manage to deny Chelsea an early goal, stay compact and play very physical, the game should be very interesting.

Avram grant will definitely inspire his players to one final 'show of shows'

As expected the blues did the double...congrats!

Have never seen a more magnetic goalpost...seemingly drawing goal bound balls to itself!

Pompey can be proud of their performance. They were physical, closed down chelsea quickly, stayed well organised and had at least two chances to hurt chelsea (both saved by cech). It was a heartbreak for them to miss the penalty.

Hats off to the blues, winners of: Community shield, Premier League and FA cup.

As SAF put it, it's more painful not being in the CL final - so close but so far, I think losing on away goals is more painful than getting a drubbing. Finals can go either way depending on form at the night.

That said, well in Chelsea, no one wanted to see Man Utd lift that trophy for a 4th time in a row except ourselves and I guess it would have been bad for the EPL.

Cl final and then world cup - I pity the chics (and the guys) who don't like futa, it's gonna be one long June/July!
