@Muganda & Anasazi you are spot on. Its unlikely that Mr. Obama will meet these challenges to the expectation of his supporters. The most glaring are; The war in Afghanistan, Healthcare reform, The Economy and Middle East peace expectations.

@Intelli, Obama and his Handlers willfully misled the voters to believe that all that was needed to clean up the messes was a new broom (read him). Of course they swallowed hook and sinker. He pretended that he could bring peace to the middle East with only words.....whats a lie. He sugested, quite wrongly that he could come up with a timetable for troop withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan; Instead he has ordered a surge in the latter. On healthcare, he made it look like a foregone promise once he gets to office. Whats is now in the offing as a result of the haggling in the house and the senate is a significantly diluted version of the reform he promised at the campeigns

In his address to Muslims in Cairo, he signalled a change of US attitude towards the Muslim regimes. what we are now seeing is partisan support for the opposition in Iran, intended to topple an unfriendly regime. This has nothing to do with democracy for if it had, Obama should have served the same to the regimes in Egypt and Riyadh, which are much more oppresive than even Iran.

These are but a few examples of Obama willfully deceiving people whereas his intentions are diametically opposite to his pronouncements

@Gathinga

But you mislead us mate.

Could you quote Obama saying any of the things you attribute to him - I mean saying those things in the manner you want to depict him as.
Obama only offered to approach things differently from the way they were being done then, and he always explained how. In the US you dont just say I will do this I will do that, you are put to task to give the road map.

Obama promised to withdral troops from Iraq. He promised to intensify the fight against the terrirists holed up in Afghanistan. He is on couse to achieving both.

Healthcare needs to pass through congress and senate. Obama has no control over the composition of any of the two, but he is doing his bit to get it sail through.

He always prepared his audience for the tough job ahead, but gave them hope that it could be done - Yes we can.
At no time did he tell anybody that things were gonna come on a silver platter.

The only one attempting deception here is actualy ...mmm... you.

The Middle East issue (Israel) is best left alone. I was recently schooled on the intricacies of the whole matter and the known but unsaid conclusion is that, there will be no Palestine in our lifetime. The district of Samaria (west bank)is inch by inch reverting to Israeli

Before he ran for office.. Thay said NO HE CAN'T....
I personally believe things will improve before his Re-election, which he already planned for even before he won the first term...

Watch that space...

There is something about Obama that doesnt add up. I mean his election was to easy.. against a maverick and the airhead...plus the way he is picture perfect in everything(yep tiger was too)

I totally think he is a puppet for someone

He is what your imagination wants him to be.

The UntiChrist.
Too easy a win. (Tell that to Hillary Rodman Clinton)

So, tell us. What does your imagination want him to be?
