The area has nice plots in murram and some in normal soil. There is one in a very wonderful site but the owner is not willing to take less than 900K.Considering that it has no lease document processed, and you can get one with all documents ready at around 700k,i think i am willing to wait.At around 700k-850k ,you can find one in a good place.

membley has really developed; on-going maisonette constructions are too many. I hear 80 by 40 plot in a nice location there is going for 900K-1M.
BTW how comes Raiply dont want to develop their prime land which is next to Thika rd at Clayworks?

@ jitahidi, it is their choice to develop or not, after all, the land is theirs.

@kelele mine is 40x80 which is the normal size of the plot there.I have a guy there who is selling a 27x120 there.Though it looks very narrow but it is already stone fenced and at around 700k unaweza pata.
