Skin in the game. He became a director who, as I understood it, was instrumental in picking MOO as a director.
@Ericsson - And good investing habits, very smart guy, reads a lot including Annual Reports, 10Ks, etc. Graham and Dodd. Not just luck.

The same MOO who now sits on the KQ board..
