My understanding is that rights money paid for the shares.OCH would have had to stand good for the borrowings. The debtors book was factered to the bank so only assets left is machinery and stock.Stock worth very little as plush could not pay suppliers they stopped supplieng. Mostly slow and discontinued items left.
