They are tarmacking the roads in the esto where this house is very shortly.
The price of the house will shoot to 80m when that happens.
Si we told you guys 5 years ago that in ten years time a 1/4 acre in Kitengela's prime estates will be going for 50m and some did not believe us? Laughing out loudly

Over 80% of said homes were built bila loans
How do you auction a home with no loans?smile
Probably 90% of auctions are in Nairobi core. 20m tiny apartments in Kilimani that owners who thought they are big shots working for corporate Kenya borrowed for on 18% loans Laughing out loudly
