Raila candidacy was hinged on the infamous "Handshake" done at gun point in USA where it was a forced agreement for Raila to support Uhuru to finish his 10 yrs term and Uhuru to support Raila for the after term
So Raila is a STATE PROJECT managed by USA and UK
Uhuru has to do his bit to support Raila to avoid any backlash from the two sponsors which could result in consequences of which we know they will block the dynasties business interests and incur Travel Bans for all related!!
Uhuru hands are tied to the truce and must show he respects the truce unless the 'PEOPLE DECIDE OTHERWISE' thereby rejecting Raila!!
