Stanbic the first Kenyan bank to report Q1 2020 results. Assets up 9%, with revenue down 20% and pre-tax profits down 32%, compared to a year ago.

The stock have refused to come down despite bad q1 and ex divided

Stanbic Africa holdings limited has increased it's shareholding in Stanbic Bank Kenya to 71.2%.
SAHL intends to accumulate 14.9million new shares in the lender to take its shareholding to 75% by December 2021
