A finance minister is not small post. This is the singular most crucial ministry in any state. You need to do everything you can to restore confidence in the office.

Hiyo tuu... you seem to underestimate the human resolve, robbery with violence carry capital punishment and people still do the same. Arresting several thieves is inconsequential, there needs to be structural and leadership changes to bring corruption under control, as long as we have weak systems and a foul social system where kids to adults dont respect rules corruption will always thrive.
