Surprised no one made mention of plots in syokimau. My 20 cents is that it will be a posh place to live in the near future once the roads are sorted out. You can consider buying yourself a plot and develop it yourself. The prices are going up at an unbelievable rate and i can only imagine their prices in the next couple of years. I negotiated a price for a plot and by the time i was done doing the lands search the plot had already been sold at 200k over the price i had negotiated it for. Already gotten one now and just sitting tight see what happens.

For a plot Syokimau is definately prime than Utawala! There is talk of the road being carpeted soon and that will see the value of plots sky-rocketing.
