Igathe might be the next CEO for this bank Igathe has been let to head the Kenyan subsidiary. From what I see, I think James is grooming Mary Wamae to take over after his final contract is over. She is currently group director overseeing subsidiaries after being a long-serving director of strategy and also appears to be second in command.
