I still trust the older Kenyan doctors. I trust the Cubans over the docs we are producing from our institutions now.

But maybe there's nothing wrong with our young doctors but the pressure put on them by hospitals to meet targets through lab tests and to reap off the insurances.

BBI will solve it

Methinks for the benefit of society, these said Local Doctors who are unemployed be offered jobs in their area of training as long as there are no underlying issues - after all we are agreed that we have a shortage of medics.

Subsequently the Cubans report to Hospital(s) pronto.

Separately, a judge has little choice but grant orders as asked by parties as and when warranted in law.
Again timing for orders depends on when parties approach Court and the justifications thereof!

Most of these unemployed Kenyan docs dont want to work for County governments who are the "managers" of hospitals

The Cuban thinking is revolutionary in all aspects. Che, was a medical Doctor himself before he went to the bush. Cuba pulled through years of Embargo and despite the hardships, the people pulled through with Dignity. Was amazed to see even Wajir received a Cuban doc, few weeks after the terror attacks. The small island had wiped Malaria all by itself. We too can learn something from them.

They have a very vibrant phamaceutical industry and produce their own variety of drugs (no generics). If antibios resistance becomes endemic most likely Cuba will be the world saviour.

Only country with successful cancer vaccine program after Japan.
