Image Registrars? They delayed my juicy dividend late last year for a few days but after I called and pigad kelele the monies were safely stashed into my account. I think they bank the monies for a few days to earn interest at our expense then relay after making their mint (with plenty of excuses to boot). CMA and NSE as well as CBK really need to investigate this company.



No need to follow registrars and piga kelele. We just get notifications ka-ching that money is in thr bank... Speaking for those who receive by EFT

Sad First confirm with your Broker that all your details have been sent to the Registrar with correct information (Name, active address, mode of payment- cheque, M-pesa, bank transfer and account No, email adresses and even phone number)

Pole brother, this company is very fishy. I wonder why any listed company trusts them with their dividend processing yet they have so many complaints from ordinary shareholders about late payments. Worse still, I wonder what happens to the dividends of those who do not bother to follow up with them. Those monies probably disappear forever.
