My one question is: Will I be stoned or beaten when I wake up to vote on the 17th?

That depends on where you live and where you will cast your vote. But 17th Oct is so far...it might never come

IEBC is an independent body. NASA doesn't have to be in the election, Jubilee can face 3rd Way Alliance. NASA thought Ekuru enjoining them was a good thing? It's their biggest thorn right now.

Did the courts rule in Ekuru's favour?

I think IEBC wisened-up, they saw there was no way to win the case against Ekuru. The jama will be on the ballot.

BBI will solve it

All companies in the world are against NASA!
Ballot papers should be printed in Mars and IT equipment sourced from Venus.

Via Gordon Opiyo

The French Firm running the IEBC Server is moving to Court in Paris, Washington and London to file Libel, Defamation and Slander Charges against Raila and NASA Principals. They want them to prove that the server was hacked and results changed.
This is when you realise that making claims in Kibera in front of ignorant followers is very different from dealing with global firms that have reputation to protect.
Things are getting thick for the Liars and Hatemongers.

More fundraising on the way...

Quote:
A French digital-security company whose equipment was used in Kenya’s presidential election reiterated that its systems weren’t tampered with to rig the outcome, calling the accusations an attempt to shift blame for a vote the nation’s Supreme Court nullified.

OT-Morpho said an internal audit of its equipment conducted after the Supreme Court annulled the Aug. 8 presidential election found no foul play. The company provided two electronic systems that identified Kenyan voters and transmitted election results from almost 41,000 polling stations to a central tallying center.

Its absurd for Kenyans to think International companies care about who their President is. If anything on the list of customers, they dont even know IEBC kenya in name but as a number. The amount of business IEBC gives them is minute. To answer Orengo who asked why the database was not hosted here, remember in 2013 KenCall hosted the IEBC server and it was later said that they also hosted Jubilees server?

Something is really wrong with this country

Hoping nasarites wont raise enough dough to buy this guy out of the box. We need this election to be held, so that iebc can have a chance to prove their credibility and exonerate the candidates from any blame.
Actually, nasarites are shooting their own legs since by such proclaimations, contributors see no need to donate. Or otherwise, if they pullout, will they refund back kurias five bob cause it will not have been used to meet the cause intended. d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

"We do not intend to become the scapegoat of the political situation in Kenya. We do not accept that the reputation of OT-Morpho and its employees is tainted in any way by these allegations. This has to come to an end.”

OT-Morpho COO Frederic Beylier.

Two or three broke individuals taking up a giant like that?. Knowing the French justice system, those making unsubstantiated claims ought to prepare very well. See how a loose mouth can visit you griefSad
