Two or three broke individuals taking up a giant like that?. Knowing the French justice system, those making unsubstantiated claims ought to prepare very well. See how a loose mouth can visit you griefSad

Their senior counsel can explain to them like 5yr olds what defamation literally means - if at all he himself understands it. It's really a big deal out there only here in kenya we're played on such critical matters.

That counsel still thinks they are playing it out to gullible Kenyans. When the libel costs finally arrive, not even paybill numbers will help. They will auction their property to the last chicken and dog. I am sad for mdvd though, seeing how he has allowed himself to be dragged along.Poor manPray

So, today, NASA will be at Jacaranda grounds and they will be preaching this:

“We will tell Kenyans exactly why they should not allow the election to be held.We have made it clear that we are not boycotting the election, but we will not let that election happen unless and until our irreducible minimums are met. We are talking to Kenyans to make the elections not happen by ensuring that no voting takes place unless our demands to create a level playing ground are met”

Elimisheni mzeesmile . On 17th, IEBC has prepared enough and people are ready to vote. In NASA strongholds though, goons/MIBs are stationed everywhere to ensure no voting takes place. Where there are attempts, the goons invade and destroy polling materials. Meanwhile, in Jubilee strongholds, voter turnout is up there and everything goes on well. Results are transmitted. Most polling stations in NASA areas return very low or no figures.Dow we have an election?

Let's have one then. I mean, the demands, especially of staff removal is rubbish. I say so coz, we do not have the full ruling yet and i can't understand then why individuals are being condemned. what are their specific crimes? Didn't i hear nasa say they will privately sue the individuals? How then are they guilty? Of what and who judged them?.Nasa? You can't be jury and judge!!.

His main aim is to put all manner of hurdles so the election is delayed for the longest time, beyond 31 Oct. Thereafter the country will enter uncharted territory and he will 'order' uhuruto to vacate statehouse immediately to pave way for negotiations on minimum reforms- that will result in shared government ahead of elections.

Taking note of these absurd demands, I hope SC will try and give direction when issuing detailed ruling, actually the long wait of 21 days may turn to be a blessing in disguise as they now know for real who this man is. Let them also decide if they want the nation state to survive, or they want to drown with it.

They want to implement this strategy in counties with NASA governors. Interestingly though they plan on implementing the same in Nairobi despite the fact that we have a Jubilee governor

To stop this evil scheme and save the nation, Jubilee should rally their supporters to come out in large numbers on 17th and exceed 50% of the registered voters. That way, even if he boycotts, he will be told by the courts there was now way he could have won. I think it is doable.

Whatever courts that will hear his second petition. They'll have grown gray hair by then

Have you noticed he says 'no elections' but is 'pregnantly' silent about the constitutional crisis that would arise? Infact that's what he wants

He is in bed with the courts.Chances are the courts may even fail to swear in UK if they are called upon to do so if Baba absconds.

I dont think he has absolute control of the scork. Last time the top 2 bulldozed their collegues. Going forward they'll be more objective, everyone for himself kind of thing. But you are right on one thing...aliar most likely planning to hire goons to disrupt the repeat polls...and then argue in court..many voters didn't get chance to exercise their will...so elections must be repeated..and so on and so on

When it comes to goons and violence. Kalonzo & MaDvd will bolt out. Leaving kitendawili and his Luo goons alone to protest.

Dont be so sure.Kalonzo has shown that he is a very fast learner. That he could seat on tarmac is enough not to mention his wild allegations and public display of ethnic hatred towards Mt.Kenyas. What am sure is his community may not follow him.

The 73 year old goon wants to go down with kenya.
