Either way, I don't see a different result in the re-election and the SCORK may have to make another 'balanced' judgement by contradicting their current ruling. Its gonna be interesting because the Constitution requires IEBC to do the rerun.Thins means NASA may most likely seek an amendment of the constitution....reco stitution of IEBC etc etc all this within 60days..brace yourself for a long rough ride guys Hope is not a strategy

Ultimately, there's a possibility of a nusu mkate government 'for the sake of peace'. All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Nice way of stemming the perpetual victimhood and secession debate #LUOLIVESMATTER na #KIKUYUPRIVILEGE are now mute But the Nasa case had no merit. I still doubt they were in it to win

When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

Economic cost of Kenya elections 2017:
1) So when a new IEBC team is on-boarded, it will mean tax-payers will be paying 3 different sets of IEBC teams concurrently? 2) Wasted year - subdued business entire year 3) ....

Yep! I am sure even the current commission would prefer an exit clause and be paid for the remaining period and another one comes. IEBC is like KQ, make money for insiders and none for everyone else. "Things that matter most must never be at the mercy of things that matter least." Goethe

This ruling was the best we had hoped for for the sake of justice. I think the celebration will be short-lived though as I can foresee a bigger win for Uhuru with his new MPs, Governors MCAs all running one campaign with state resources. Did the Supreme Court ban the use of state resources in campaigning? If not, this was just a formality and waste of time & money by the opposition. Oh, by the way, what happens if either loses, can they petition the court again? BBI will solve it :)
