MY GUESS in the spirit of freedom of thinking is those who call IEBC 'thieves'(and imagine the IT system can be used to steal), the chopping of the hand is a clear message and warning to "thieves" from al-shabaab, it's a very clear message to me, that's my guess, meanwhile DP confirms attack at his home was in the same spirit, when someone starts supporting terrorist over Kenyan soldiers, public servants, e.t.c Pray , and please can we respect peoples freedom to speculate!

Why kill him, why.
Chebukati said his body indicated that he was probably tortured prior to being murdered!

Very bad!

Kindly note IEBC director for ICT James Muhati was sent on compulsory leave over claims of sabotage. Details below:-

"We have noted that there is little cooperation from your directorate with regard to provision of requested for puporses of concluding the exercise. This is contrary to the PFM regulations 2015 section 162 (3-4) which grants the directorate of Audit and Risk 'unrestricted, direct and prompt access to records, officials or personal relevant to performance of audit function'."

What was/is ICT concealing??????now this....I may now change my vote coz this stinks rigging to high heavens, i thought we had the numbers?

I asked a question during the Willie Kimani saga. The three were abducted in broad daylight. We know how that ended.

There were two guys who were abducted at kikopey in broad daylight as people watched. Their bodies later showed up at city morgue.

Cops say Chris was driving alone at 2:00am in CBD. A few hours later, his body was picked in Kikuyu.

Maybe I have watched too many cases on the CI channel. But I am convinced your best fighting chance is when being abducted. Complying with orders as we are usually advised is surrendering your life.

Is someone working very hard to stop this election?

What would happen if it were Chebukati?

Why does IEBC top tier seem to be teeming with the house of Mulembe?

Exactly what is Vinduviche.. whatever?

But anyway, RIP Chris!

If we pick from the queue that was being circulated earlier by jubilee bloggers showing the web on Chris and how he landed at IEBC, who would out him?

The key to solving this case lies in that text the victim sent at 3am. That text that made iebc report to the police that the officer was missing and couldn't be contacted.
