As Muslim rule, this is the way to do these things after answering nature’s call,
1. Clean yourself with tissue,
2. Then wash with clean water,
3. And finally clean your hands with a soap and water.

This is simple restroom etiquette. Even primary school children know this simple etiquette. This reduces bacterial germination and possibly infection, especially for the ladies.
