Hence the much talked about 'Chief Minister' position, to ensure Raila has a choo and carpet. However there is no such position in katiba, so how will Raila arrange his eating and for his close relatives if he stands aside? He must have a "eating position". That is the question? The arithmetic is simple, in our pathetic tribal voting system, you need a flag bearer from a big tribes at the top supported by 2 or 3 above average size tribes and a lot of luck. Or you get a combo of any 2 big tribes ie Kyuk-Luo, Luo-Kale, Kale-Kyuk. And that's how you know baba won 2008.
