If the truth were to be laid bare, i wonder how many people would go to jail with her. What corruption are you talking about? This is another Raira gimmick. I remember fellows on this very forum screaming and cursing how Raila is just talking about corruption at NYS because Kibera has at last been modified. The same people are now writing how the health ministry is the imagination of chocho mendia and NTV. That is not a John Grisham book, that's a Steven King book. Where zombies walk around following the sound of the master. If the master says Raira, the zombies say "will never be president". Meanwhile the zombie king is drinking the blood of their children. Hiyo ni Steven King. Kind like the TV program The Strain. Honestly this is funny . I always say smart Kenyans will judge leaders by their current deeds and not mass political sycophants hiding in tribal mushroom heads. I copied this from somewhere guys: If you ask them to point out one thing what raila has ever done to them they won't say, but when the tribal mushroom leader shouts "RAIIIRAAA", promptly without a haste they immidiately follow "wirr neffer efer efer be plesident" Their tax money is stolen ,their tribal leader says "raila" they promptly follow too" gitio agenge will never be president kosobet".. whatever that means Their people are lying in the hospital bed with no medication ,no doctors ,no nurses because they are on strike ...their tribal leader follows them to hospital ,looks at them in the eye and gently whisper in their ear" shhh laila!!!!", they shout back " WIRR NEFER BE PLESIDENT!!!!!" The tribal leader gets upset at them for yelling and tells them " chezea chini , did you see me shouting ??" He repeats the same words in low voice "laila!", the dying men answers in whispers "wirr nefer be plesident!!!" Finally the tribal leader comes to their funeral where the masses are gathered and shouts even before he gives a eulogy of his dying sycophant"RAIRAAAAA", the brothers ,sisters ,mother and all fire back with clenched fists "WIRR NEFER BE PLESIDENT!!!!!! ".The poor man is laid to rest and the tribal leader goes looking for the relatives and start trailing them with the same slogans .. That's our Kenya .

What crime has Kabura committed? She was awarded a tender to supply construction materials such as hardcore, building stones, ballast etc for NYS projects which she did and was paid for goods delivered. When you go to quarry to source materials you tell those guys there to load hardcore or stones for you and pay them cash. You do not ask them for invoices before you pay. Same with the lorries that transport the materials for you. Munahesabu ni ngapi and pay each other cash cash. The only documents kabura was supposed to have are the delivery notes for the materials submitted and stamped by NYS and she submitted those documents and was paid. So what other documents does this committee require?
Also once someone pays money into my account, is it anyone else's business to know how I withdraw the money how much i withdraw and how i carry it home and pay the workers, if I have security while carrying the cash and any other nonsense etc?
Also when a regular kenyan woman like Kabura wins a tender to kumwaga material, people complain, when Ouru's cousin wins they still complain that it is humble "kabura" who should have been given. Munataka nini jameni? So do you people want women to come from mars to take up those 30% tenders set aside for women and youth?

The figures that were read there were quite humongous! It is likely the culprits still have some of it with them. With the PAC having retreated to hear the matter in private, could they trade in kenyans for their stomachs as they are known to do. If they are offered 10M each to water down this issue, would they refuse? Are they even known to refuse bribes at PAC?

You should be questioning the company/institution that issued the LPO, not the client who supplied goods. BTW an LPO is a binding contract just like a tender.

Companies and institutions always have a database of pre-qualified suppliers. So if a company prepares an LPO and calls supplier X in their database and gives her the LPO, should she refuse to supply?
