"Shareholders who sit out the upcoming cash call could see their stake diluted by approximately 81 per cent if all the newly created shares are issued.

The Longhorn share closed trading on Monday at Sh4.70 apiece.During the year to June the firm’s revenues dipped by 39.3 per cent to Sh848.4 million owing to a dip in sales, especially at its Tanzanian and Ugandan subsidiaries and low book purchases in the regional market"

Doomed management, its only recently they gave massive bonus shares now they are talking of a rights at a very low market season, who advises this people? the rate at which shareholders continue to see wealth erosion is worrying at the nse and now i think its at its worst
